What to bring for Squad Swim

Swimming costume and swim cap for lesson.
A towel for after the swimming lesson
Some warm clothes as it’s a bit chilly for later lessons
Something to eat for your swimmer as they burn a lot of energy during their lesson.
For children with long hair they should have their hair tied up so their cap stays on and their hair doesn’t get in their face.
From this age they can start wearing goggles so they can bring if they desire.
Start collecting their own swimming gear. If they have their own they can bring boards, paddles and fins.
