All You Need to Know
- Swimming costume and swim cap for lesson.
- A towel for after the swimming lesson
- Some warm clothes as it’s a bit chilly for later lessons
- Something to eat for your swimmer as they burn a lot of energy during their lesson.
- For children with long hair they should have their hair tied up so their cap stays on and their hair doesn’t get in their face.
- For children who are not toilet trained they should wear a swim nappy
